How does shipping work?
We offer free shipping on orders that are $75 or more. Your order will be shipped via USPS Parcel Select Ground Shipping and will take between 2-8 business days, depending on where you're located. We also offer Priority Mail and Priority Mail Express for expedited shipping (this is especially handy for those last-minute gifts!)
How long will my order take to process?
We try our best to be as speedy as possible, and will take between 1-3 business days to process your order and get it on it's way.
What happens if I have my heart set on something and it's sold out?
All our products are handmade in small batches but once something is sold out, we will try our best to bring it back if there is enough demand. So if you have your heart set on something, let us know! You can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or let us know on Instagram @the.hatke.life.
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately for now, we only ship within the United States. But stay tuned, we hope to expand this as we grow in the future.
Do you sell wholesale?

Yes! We are constantly striving to promote the artisan communities we work with and would love to work on new ideas. Reach out to us and let's collaborate!
Will my Hatke product look exactly like it did online?
Because all our products are handmade in small batches, color variations and slight imperfections are a celebrated part of our process.
How do I take care of my Hatke products?
Please spot clean your laptop sleeves and pouches and dry clean your scarves. Please note that some of our scarves are dyed entirely with natural dyes like indigo which will bleed during the first few washes.

How do I change or cancel my order?
If you would like to change your order, please send us an email at email@example.com within 24 hours of placing your order and we will re-process your order. You need to let us know within 24 hours of placing your order to ensure that order hasn't been shipped, otherwise you are liable for the return shipping charges.
If you change your mind, you can cancel your order within 24 hours of receiving a confirmation of your order. If cancelled after that, you will be liable to return the products at your expense and we will send you a refund (minus the cost of shipping) once we receive the order.
How do I track my package?
Once your order is confirmed, we will send you a USPS tracking number that can be tracked here.
I placed an order but didn't receive a confirmation email?
We're sorry about that! Please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know what your order details are, and we will take care of it right away.
I received the wrong items, what do I do?
We're so sorry about that! Please send us an email at email@example.com and let us know what your order details are, and we will gladly exchange the items at our expense.
